After Service and Support! During the first few weeks of riding!
Parts of the bike tend to work their way loose and out of alignment. This can lead to the bike performing sub-optimally leading to undue wear.
That's why we offer a first service free of charge on all new bikes.
This service should be carried out between 4-8 weeks of purchasing the bike (dependent on use) and can be booked by just giving us a call.
In addition to the free service, we offer all kinds of servicing and repairs carried out in our workshop by qualified and experienced Cytech trained mechanics!
Our workshop is fully equipped to carry out all necessary servicing and repairs which enables cycles to be maintained to our highest standard possible!
All you have to do is bring the bike in or call us up.
